1. How do you estimate the price of a future renovation project?

Every renovation/maintenance project requires a custom calculation. Your expenses will consist of expenses for materials and labour. If you want to get the estimate of the upcoming renovation expenses, give us a call and our skilled professionals will be happy to help you with this issue.

2. Can I purchase materials for the renovation myself?

If you wish, you can purchase materials yourself. Just make sure that you talk to us beforehand and know which materials are the best choice in your case. 

3. How is renovation/maintenance project initiated?

To initiate the project just give us a call and discuss the matter with us. If you need to reconstruct your old house, a room or a basement, get in touch with us, approve the project details and the budget, and we’ll start working.

 

4. What is the timeline for the project?

Depending on dimensions of the space and amount of work, it takes from a week to a 2-3 month to complete the renovation project.

5. Do the clients have to move out of their home while renovations are being done?

Typically, no. We are very careful in our planning and workflow process to be sure that our work is done in such a way that the homeowners can continue living in the home while we are working.

6. What are the steps to take if I’m not satisfied with some aspects of the provided service?
